If you're going to take someone's car away, thats fine. But it should be auctioned off with the proceeds going to charity/driver training/trauma centers etc.
Crushing a car makes good TV for the mindless nanny-state peons out there, but the logical thing would be to make money from it, not further waste money and pollute the environment with a blue sti cube.
