Same reason you don't reveal your date of birth on any online forum. If someone gets your DOB, and then your name and home address from your number plate, they have all they need for identity theft. Think about it, what questions do nearly all companies, incl banks & insurance companies, ask you to check who you are...........name, address and DOB.

I see a large number of people state their DOB under their AFF profile.....not a wise move.
